(Dead On Arrival)

• Coral is guaranteed to arrive alive
• In the event that a frag arrives dead, contact must be made within 2-hours of the delivery time
• Photos of the frag IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNOPENED must be provided via e-mail at info@escorals.com within the 2-hour timeframe

• I am not liable for shipping delays or failure from shipping service
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

• DOA refund will be refunded as store credit minus shipping charge
