At Eastern Shore Corals, we take great care to ensure your livestock arrives healthy and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

📦 Shipping Method

All coral orders are shipped via overnight delivery to ensure the fastest and safest transit time possible.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

🗓 Shipping Days

Orders are shipped on the following days:

Monday-Thursday

Orders placed after cutoff times or near holidays may ship on the next available shipping day to avoid weekend delays.

🌡 Weather & Safety Holds

To protect your livestock, we may delay shipments due to:

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier service disruptions

If a weather hold is necessary, we will contact you to arrange the next safe shipping date.

Heat or cold packs are used as needed based on seasonal conditions.

📍 Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct shipping address

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package on the delivery day

Eastern Shore Corals is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages left outside after delivery

🧾 Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are automatically sent once your order ships.
Please monitor tracking and be prepared to receive your package on delivery day.

❗ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
However, valid DOA claims will still be honored in accordance with our Live Arrival (DOA) Policy if proper documentation is provided.
